Yes — genuinely. Any school that joins by 15 November runs the whole of First Term on the full system, with no limit on students: results, report cards, fees, attendance, timetables and logins. We take no card details and nothing charges automatically. From Second Term in January 2027 you pay one price per session, either term by term or once for the year, which covers three terms in a row and costs less than paying term by term. On 1 December we send your term summary and your Second Term invoice, due 24 January 2027, and you decide then: pay for one term, pay for the year, or stop.
No. Parents pay into your school's own bank account — by transfer or at the branch — and upload a photo of the proof. Your bursar confirms it in a tap. Edubaze never holds anyone's money, so there are no card machines and no gateway fees.
Completely. Every school on Edubaze is fully isolated — your students, results, fees and staff are walled off so no other school can ever see them, and sensitive actions are recorded.
Yes. Each class belongs to a section — Pre-School, Primary, Junior or Senior Secondary — and is graded the right way for it: a Montessori-style report for pre-school (or Primary-style scores if the school prefers), A–F with class and subject positions for primary and junior secondary, and WAEC-style grades (A1–F9) for senior secondary.
Neither. Edubaze runs in any web browser — on phones and computers alike — and is built to be light on data, so it works on modest devices and slow networks. Android users can also get the Edubaze app on Google Play: it opens straight to your dashboard, keeps you signed in, and sends a notification when results, homework or fees change.

You build each class's weekly timetable once — with your own period times, breaks, subjects and clubs — and Edubaze fills in the teachers automatically from your subject assignments. Teachers see their own teaching week, students see their class's day right on their dashboard, and every timetable downloads as a clean, school-branded PDF for the classroom wall.
BazeAI is the AI tutor built into the Max plan. Every assignment carries an Ask BazeAI button, and a student who is stuck — even at night, with no one to ask — gets a patient explanation, guiding questions and encouragement. It never gives the answer to graded work; if a student pushes, it cheerfully refuses and offers the next hint. Teachers can read every conversation, and each student has a daily question allowance, so it stays a tutor — not a shortcut.
Carefully, and in the open. BazeAI only sees what it needs to tutor: your child's first name, class, the subject and assignment, and the questions they type — never surnames, admission numbers, dates of birth, guardian contacts, photos, results or fees. Replies are generated by our AI provider, Anthropic, under a contract that forbids using the data to train its AI and requires deletion from its systems within 30 days. Every chat is visible to your child's teachers — and your child is told so before they start. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your school office's own assistant, on every plan. School admins tap the BazeAI button to ask how to do anything in Edubaze, or to ask about their own school's records: "How are we doing on fees collection?", "Who is the best student in Mathematics in JSS 1A?", "Is there a setup step I missed?". It answers from your school's data and the Edubaze playbook, it is read-only — it can never change or delete anything — and it can never see another school. Each school has a daily question allowance, and you can hide the button in Settings.
Parents sign in to their child's account, and a badge on the menu shows anything new — a published report card, homework, a test or a fee update. Schools that announce by WhatsApp or SMS can also export a clean list of guardian phone numbers from the Data section for their own broadcasts.
