1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work (for example, to keep you signed in); others — which we do not use — track you for advertising or analytics.
2. Our approach
We keep this simple: Edubaze sets only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your account secure. Because we use no advertising, marketing or third-party analytics cookies, the NDPA/NDPR does not require an opt-in consent banner — but we still tell you clearly what we use and why.
3. The cookies and storage we use
- Sign-in / session cookie — keeps you logged in as you move between pages. Without it you cannot stay signed in. Set when you log in; cleared when you sign out or it expires.
- Security cookie — protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and abuse.
- Cookie-notice preference— a small entry stored in your browser’s local storage so we don’t show you the cookie notice again after you dismiss it.
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data with advertisers.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will stop you from signing in and using Edubaze, since they are essential to the service.
6. Changes and contact
If we ever introduce additional cookies (for example optional analytics), we will update this policy and add a proper consent choice first. For questions, email privacy@edubaze.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
